- Go to My Domains > Manage Domain.
- Ensure your domain is unlocked and eligible for transfer.
2. Update Contact Information
- Change the registrant details to the new owner’s name, email, and phone number.
- If WHOIS privacy is enabled, temporarily disable it for verification.
3. Generate an Authorization Code (EPP Code)
- Request an EPP code from your Tenovate dashboard.
- Share the code securely with the new owner.
4. New Owner Accepts the Transfer
- The new owner initiates the transfer through their registrar.
- They enter the EPP code to confirm the ownership change.
5. Approve the Transfer Request
- You will receive a confirmation email to approve the transfer.
- Click the link to verify and complete the transfer.
