- Log in to portal.tenovate.co.tz and open Webmail.
- Select the emails you want to back up.
- Click Download as .eml file to save emails locally.
2. Backup Using an Email Client (Outlook/Gmail)
- Add your business email to Outlook or Gmail using IMAP settings.
- In Outlook, go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
- Choose Export to a File > PST Format, and save it to your computer.
